Successfully Implemented REDCap (Electronic Data Capture) along with Data Team for upcoming University and Institutional Projects.

This was the first clinical trial study that was completed via REDCAP at the Research Center.

Lead infrastructure and data management for a Research study that resulted in an FDA approved Medical Device.

Successfully managed Clinical Trial/Study projects along with Data and Operations team.

Collaborated with PI’s for Clinical Study/Trials Data Management and Infrastructure development along with analysis (Quantitative and Qualitative analysis) of studies.

This Feedback collection was mandatory for compliance purposes as well as for Quality Improvement and Process Improvement purposes at the Faculty Practice

As a Senior Data Analyst at Rutgers University, I successfully submitted data and managed renewal of USD 1 million+ yearly grant.

Oversaw and submitted Data for a successful 3-year site visit by HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration).

As a Senior Data Analyst for the Department of Clinical Affairs at Rutgers University, I managed data and projects involving multiple state and federal agencies for the academic healthcare units including:

• Department of Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)

• New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH)

• New jersey Department of Education (NJDOE)

Conducted Data Driven Research as a Co-PI at Institute for Informatics, Logics and Security Studies, SUNY at Albany.

Completed the entire IRB process for Human subject research and gained IRB Approval for Research study.

Recruited and Worked with Human Participants (50+ participants) for Data Collection (CITI Certification), Identified Research Topics, Tested Hypotheses, Performed Specification and Requirement Analysis, Elicited Functional and Non-Functional requirements, Managed Reporting. Worked with large Datasets, Generated Insights from Data using Python, SQL.

The study was then presented/published at LREC, 2018.

Successfully Implemented Data submission and reporting according to the NJDOH (New Jersey Department of Health) specifications

Worked with NJDOH officials, CEO of Rutgers Health Center and Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs to implement Data modeling based on NJDOH Data Dictionary

Collaborated with Rutgers ITS to implement BOX for the School of Nursing and plan the structure of the system that fulfills the needs of the School.

Collaborated with multiple departments and academic healthcare units for evaluating the RFP for a new EMR system for the Academic Health Centers/Hospitals at Rutgers.

Managed and maintained the UDS Reporting for Department of Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Including implementing Continuous Quality Improvement, Evaluating workflows and collaborating with providers/faculty to implement solutions.
